SUGGESTED USE: Use on training days only: Mix 1 Level Scoop with 4-5oz (118-148ml) or 2 Level Scoops with 8-10oz (237-295ml) of cold water and consume 20 minutes prior to training. DO NOT CONSUME MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED DOSE. To avoid sleeplessness do not use within 6 hours prior to bedtime.DO NOT CONSUME MORE THAN 2 SCOOPS SIMULTANEOUSLY OR EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD. 

 WARNING: This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Before using this product consult with your physician if you are using any prescription or over the counter medication or if you have any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, diabetes, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement or if you are taking MAOI (Mono Oxidase Inhibitor) or any other medication. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery.
